The Store Manager will be responsible of the management of the Boutique and the coordination of its team; he or she will ensure the achievement of business objectives and customer satisfaction in line with the company values and standards.
► Background : Degree in Economics or similar.
► Professional experience: 3-5 years experience in retail store management.
► Technical skills:
> English fluent (other languages knowledge would be a plus)
> Sales techinques and products knowledge
> Microsoft Office and other software specific for the boutique management.

Ensuring the achievement of the business objectives of the Boutique through the implementation and monitoring of KPIs in order to build an overview on the commercial performance of the Boutique.
He or she will design analysis on the different product in order to both design and implement Action Plans.
Ensuring the shopping experience and the quality of customer service in line with the company standards and values .
Monitoring the organization of events in boutiques and the development of the various CRM activities aimed at recruiting new customers and retaining existing ones.
Monitoring back office activities, knowing all the internal policies and procedures for administration, cashier, stock, fine jewelry/products security, staff security, ecc.
