The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in the Boutique managerial activities, in sales and operative goals achievement, ensuring specific policies and guidelines of the company would be implemented correctly by every member of the boutique.
► Background : Degree in Economics or similar.
► Experience: 3-5 years experience in retail store management.
► Technical skills:
> English fluent (other languages knowledge would be a plus)
> Sales techinques and products knowledge
> Microsoft Office and other software specific for the boutique management.

To manage the activity on staff shift plans and coverage of sales floor in Boutique. Supporting the Store Manager and contributing to the evaluation process of team performance in terms of quantitative and qualitative goals achievement, sharing with the Store Manager possible training needs in order to propose corrective actions ; recruitment activity for the Boutique staff, through recommendation of potential profiles.
To manage the relation with clients, ensuring the high quality of customer service in the boutique, respecting guidelines from the Headquarters, using proper tools and monitoring the sales staff performance on the shop floor.
To monitor back office activities, knowing all the internal policies/ procedures for administration, cashier, stock, fine jewelry/products security, staff security, ecc.
