The Commercial Director is responsible for the correct execution of the business strategy within the Acqua di Parma Italy market, to achieve company objectives with a given outlined budget.
He/she will have the following responsibilities:
- Define, in accordance with the International Sales Director, the commercial distribution strategy for Acqua di Parma in Italy (B&M and E-Business), in order to achieve turnover and qualitative objectives
- Meet the financial targets in Net Sales, Profit and cash management throughout the P&L responsibility
- Guarantee Brand image and quality of execution towards customers, distribution and staff, especially through local Marketing, Trade Marketing, Merchandising and Training plans
- Plan the sales objectives for Retail, Wholesale and online business, ensuring that the teams are set to achieve the overall targets
- Monitor the evolution of the KPIs in each channel and identify corrective action plans
- Guarantee the accurate preparation of yearly budget and reviews to ensure a correct planning for the Finance & Operations Departments
- Provide ad hoc data and reporting to headquarters
Profilo
- Economical University Degree
- +5 years' experience in senior sales management roles
- Deep knowledge of the Italian Retail and Wholesale structure, E-Business and ideally P&C distribution, especially Department Stores and perfumery chains
- A previous experience in Marketing is a plus
- Ability to inspire and delegate to the team, in order to develop talents and business
- Business acumen and analytical mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal and action oriented
- Fluent in Italian and in English
