Posizione

Reporting to the EMEA and E-Business Director, the CRM Manager is responsible for the development of Acqua di Parma CRM strategy and action plan. The purpose of this role is to create and promote a CRM culture within Acqua di Parma.ù

CRM strategy and action plans: campaign development and management

  • Develop a CRM culture within the organization: data capturing, management, communication etc.
  • Measure ROI, analysis and feedback
  • In collaboration with the Marketing Dept., plan digital strategies and online special projects with the aim to generate qualified traffic and maximize brand awareness
  • Create a customer communications plan, in partnership with marketing, designed to improve repeat purchase rate and customer loyalty - test and iterate based on what works
  • Manage CRM communication and guidelines with subsidiaries and external agencies

Database management & analysis:

  • Ensure current underutilized customer database is clean and usable
  • Analyse and update client structure (segmentation and targeting)
  • Activate and organize CRM, e-CRM and digital initiatives with the objective to capture new clients and develop specific cluster of clients
  • Monitor CRM, e-CRM and digital data, campaign performances to identify new channels of contact and scout new business opportunities

Loyalty Program & Care:

  • Determine annual key clustered customers' strategy and support distribution with track record
  • Manage VIP treatment and program: followed by ROI
  • Work on improving customer segmentation, profiling and targeting

CRM tool management and add-ons development (e.g.: Clienteling solution)


Profilo

  • Economical University Degree or BA in Communication, Marketing, International Business or related
  • Previous CRM Manager experience preferred in the luxury business
  • Proven track record in implementing CRM programs
  • Solid organizational and project management skills
  • Understanding and experience in social media platforms and an overall passion and interest in industry's developments
