The resource will be included in the Customer Service Department, he/she will support the Customer Service Supervisor and the team in all the activities related to the management of the Customers.
> He/she will be responsible for the proper data entry of the customers' orders;
> He/she will be responsible for the management of the archive; the filing of the invoices, declarations and confirmations;
> Interacts with the Sales Manager and other internal functions for a proper Clients' orders fulfillment;
> He/she will support the Customer Service Team when requested.
Fluent English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
> IT abilities (use of PC, in particular Excel and Power Point)
> Flexible, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
