The Digital Communication Specialist will join the Content and Communication team with the aim of executing Sephora Italia and Sephora exclusive brands media campaigns and projects with a specific focus on all digital planning activities.
1) Media Planning and special projects:
> Cooperate with the senior communication specialist in order to deliver the most effective campaigns for Sephora Italia and Sephora exclusive brands.
> Set target and objectives for all media campaigns with a focus on digital media planning
> Partner with internal and external resources to deliver campaigns and activities on time (agencies, French central team, freelances...)
> Implement special communication projects such as media partnerships, BTL activations, sponsorships and events in order to rise Sephora Italia brand awareness or support exclusive brands launches.
2) Content Development:
> Create, adapt and develop content for media campaigns
> Create and develop original content for special media projects together with internal and external stakeholders
3) Reporting and monitoring:
> Monitor, track and evaluate the full paid media process on a continuous and ad hoc basis through evaluating and sharing performance and learnings by using analytical tools
> Min 3 years of experience in planning digital media campaigns in companies or media agencies.
> Knowledge of offline media environment and planning is a plus.
> Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of media platforms, formats and buying methods;
> Degree or Master Degree;
> Knowledge and experience in retail is a plus;
> Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side;
> English fluency both written and verbal. Proficiency in French is a plus.
> Being a beauty addict is a plus;
