The position is based in our Office in Milan and part of the Digital & CRM team. The Digital & CRM Specialist will manage the following activities.

Main Responsibilities:

>  Support the Digital & CRM Coordinator in defining and executing the digital content strategy to drive high engagement and maintain coherence across channels
>  Manage the day by day activity of Guerlain Social Media channels in conjunction with the Social Media Agency
>  Support on the set-up and implementation of all influencers campaign
>  Coordinate and manage content-flow and visibility plans of E-Retailers according to Guerlain priorities
>  Design & delivery of CRM communications, reports and ad hoc analysis
>  Digital and social monitoring of competitors and e-retailers



The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and passionate digital communication specialist, with previous experience also in CRM and database's management within companies

>  Is required a 3 years minimum of digital / CRM experience
>  Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines
>  Strong project/time management skills
>  Positive spirit, curiosity and outgoing attitude
>  Experience with e-retailer management is needed
>  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
