Main Responsibilities Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, he/she will be responsible for eStore digital and performance campaigns optimization and execution in collaboration with HQ team and external agencies. In particular, he/she will be responsible: >  Managing traffic acquisition campaigns for our estore at performance directly or through appointed agencies: sem, affiliation, social, programmatic, display, SEO off page (on page with HQ), mobile downloads, etc. >  Liaising with the HQ for the related technical implementations >  Managing creative assets related to the different campaigns >  Campaigns' forecasting and reporting >  CRO


>  Successful studies in marketing or digital >  At least 3 years of experience on performance marketing for ecommerce, including mobile exclusive campaigns >  Preferred direct knowledge of Adwords and FB ads' platforms >  Experience with Google Analytics >  Strong product affinity in fashion/beauty/accessories categories >  Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus >  Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills >  Analytical capabilities and numeric aptitude >  Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills >  Passionate about exceeding corporate goals and business driven mindset >  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment >  Ability to understand current market and consumer trends
