The resource will support the e-shop Team in all the activities related to the function. In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:
> Support the team with all the tasks related to the Merchandising Request Forms:
o Monitoring of requests from the e-commerce platform;
o Direct contact with Sales Assistants;
o Monitoring of e-shop stock;
o Reporting and analysis of results.
> Supporting on implementing CRM and outbound 1:1 campaigns and monitoring results.
> Supporting on visual merchandising and Animation plans (newsletter, catalog management, product sorting and selection, searchandising, landing page optimization, etc.).
> Support the team on the implementation of Omni channel projects, measuring performances and providing qualitative insights coordinated with Stores.
> Daily management of reporting analysis related to sales sheets, commercial initiatives and marketing campaigns.
> Assist the whole team with all e-commerce projects and ongoing activities.
> IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint)
> Knowledge of Data Analytics Dashboards (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) is highly appreciated.
> Fluent English, both spoken and written.
> Excellent analytical, planning and deadlines monitoring skills.
> Proactive approach to problem solving, precision, team-working attitude and flexibility.
> Organization, coordination and project management skills.
