The Go to Market & Business Development Specialist is a crucial role within Acqua di Parma as he/she represents a link between Countries and HQ.
Reporting to the Retail, Training & Go to Market Manager, he/she will have the following responsibilities:
- Monitor implementations, welcome and share TM / VM feedback related to new projects development from Countries, evaluating their feasibility
- Share the launch plan, 360° platform and VM guidelines from HQ
- Support Countries in the development of visibility plans and local activations
- Planograms creation for Countries
Profilo
- Previous experience in GTM, Trade Marketing, VM within the beauty&luxury sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with different markets WW
- Leadership and project management
- Problem solving
- Entrepreneurial approach
- Proficiency in Italian and English (other languages will be considered a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, Macro)
- Photoshop, Adobe, Cad will be considered a plus
