Duties to include:


He/she will manage all Human Resources topics, leading the HR processes of recruiting, training, development and staff management.



Manage the Recruitment Process for all profiles, ensuring the quality of the selected resources, aligned to the business needs and organize an efficient induction plan, for all new comers in the company.
Manage the Annual Appraisal Process, proposing possible job rotations, internal mobilities and career paths.
Define, according the training needs analysis, the company Training Plan ensuring the correct and efficient deployment during the year.
Manage the internal technical school, supervising the deployment of efficient and correct programs. 
Collaborate into the definition of Annual Salary Review Process for all population.
Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of reports required by company, Headquarter and Group or other departments in the organization.
Act close relationships with all employees to ensure a daily support for any issues or critical situations.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Organize and take monthly meeting with internal Trade Unions
Supervise general services activities (canteen, car fleet, cleaning, etc....) and internal communication (announcements, events,  etc.)
Define and monitor Budget of his/her areas of responsibilities.
Manage and contract with outside suppliers to provide HR services, such as temporary agency, search firms, or training company.
Manage directly 4 resources.


  • Previous experience working in a industrial environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in HR
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Strong computer skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload, manage deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Proactive and positive in approach
  • Keen interest in fashion and lifestyle and able to represent the brand both in personal style and intellect
