Based in Milan's Head Office and reporting to the HR Director of South Europe, the HR Manager for Italy will take care of retail talents acquisition and development as well as compensation & benefits and legal activities.


  • Talent acquisition: take care of sourcing, selection and development of human resources, ensuring continuous support and proximity with managers;
  • Employer branding: establish and maintain partnerships with universities and schools to attract young talent;
  • Talent management and development : support the internal mobilities, succession planning and development of employees
  • Manage the HR costs and budget in collaboration with Finance, ensuring appropriate analysis and monitoring of overtime, vacation and other staff costs;
  • Manage and oversee the company allowances, benefits and welfare initiatives (including insurances, flexible benefits, pension schemes, car, housing, clothing, etc.);
  • Prepare the compensation and benefits proposals for candidates and internal talents across the year and ensure the annual salary review process is well managed and consolidated;
  • Elaborate and implement the variable plan and bonus schemes;
  • Supervise, approve and monitor the payroll processing as well as the administrative related activities;
  • Prepare and monitor reports for the company, ensuring that employee data are accurate and updated.
  • Handle the disciplinary procedures and legal issues with employees, in collaboration with the HR Director and managers;


  • Degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources or related subjected
  • Prior experience of at least 10 years in human resources (preferably in the Retail sector)
  • Excellent managerial and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Precision and orientation to details
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Italian bilingual, English fluent
  • Availability to travel regularly across Italy
