The resource will support the Senior In-House Counsel mainly on all the Intellectual Property (IP) activities managed by the Legal Department. In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:
> Assistance in managing all the processes relating to trademarks, models and patents registrations.
> Assistance in the management, monitoring and drafting of contracts (copyright assignment agreements, license agreements, partnerships, media contracts, confidentiality agreements, etc.).
> Participation in writing notes and consultations for operational staff.
> Support the management of disputes and litigations.
> Assistance in managing the anti-counterfeiting cases.
> Master Degree in Law, Fashion Law or similar.
> IT abilities and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint).
> Fluent English, both spoken and written.
> Excellent analytical, planning and deadlines monitoring skills.
> Proactive approach to problem solving, great rigor, good analytical skills, team working attitude and flexibility.
> Organization, coordination and project management skills.
