Main responsibilities 

  Act as a brand ambassador

  • Bring clients into the GUERLAIN universe through authentic storytelling about our products and heritage.
  • Embody GUERLAIN codes & attitudes and demonstrate attention to detail at the counter and in your interactions with clients.

  Offer best-in-class service to our clients

  • Offer best-in-class service to our clients
  • Create an engaging shopping experience for each client through the GUERLAIN Selling Ceremony.
  • Connect with our clients and build long-term relationships with them.

  Demonstrate Guerlain make-up expertise

  • Educate client on the GUERLAIN make-up universe and convey your passion.
  • Advise clients on make-up styles with an artistic flavour: colour combination, make-up tips, application, etc.
  • Attract and recruit new clients, booking and conducting personalised make-up consultations.
  • Animate make-up events at the counter and achieve retail sales targets as defined for the events or on a monthly basis.
  • Participate in PR activities when requested.
  • Coach and develop the team on make-up expertise.
  • Participate to training sessions when neded
  • Embody Guerlain codes and attitude during PR Events and Social and Digital Events

  • In specific flagships with international traffic: language skills, you are able to serve clients from different countries and cultures.

Work experience & education 

  • You preferably have previous successful selling experience in the Service or Retail industry, 5 years at least.
  • Education: depending on the country's specific system.
