Main responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador
- Bring clients into the GUERLAIN universe through authentic storytelling about our products and heritage.
- Embody GUERLAIN codes & attitudes and demonstrate attention to detail at the counter and in your interactions with clients.
Offer best-in-class service to our clients
- Offer best-in-class service to our clients
- Create an engaging shopping experience for each client through the GUERLAIN Selling Ceremony.
- Connect with our clients and build long-term relationships with them.
Demonstrate Guerlain make-up expertise
- Educate client on the GUERLAIN make-up universe and convey your passion.
- Advise clients on make-up styles with an artistic flavour: colour combination, make-up tips, application, etc.
- Attract and recruit new clients, booking and conducting personalised make-up consultations.
- Animate make-up events at the counter and achieve retail sales targets as defined for the events or on a monthly basis.
- Participate in PR activities when requested.
- Coach and develop the team on make-up expertise.
- Participate to training sessions when neded
- Embody Guerlain codes and attitude during PR Events and Social and Digital Events

Work experience & education
- You preferably have previous successful selling experience in the Service or Retail industry, 5 years at least.
- Education: depending on the country's specific system.
