Posizione

The position is based in our Office in Milan and part of the Parfums Christian Dior's Marketing team.

The Product Manager will support the implementation of the operational marketing plan in Italy for a specific product category.

He/She will collaborate with the Senior Product Manager of the assigned product category in creating specific marketing actions and tools in line with Corporate strategy and ensuring consistency of Dior style and philosophy in all marketing activities.    

Main Responsibilities:

Launch implementation:

  • Execute launches including internal coordination with all departments (Merchandising/Sales/Education/PR/Customer service);
  • Maintain daily contact with our French HQ;
  • Plan Action sheet and prepare sales meeting presentation in order to ensure product placement;
  • Contribute to the generation of creative ideas in order to develop a 360° plan (trade, in / out of store activities, events, social influencers activities);
  • Keep the responsibility of the assigned product line and execute all the involved activities.

Market analysis:

  • Track competition on Beauty launches and events to identify best practices from the business;
  • Sell in and sell out analysis and reporting;
  • Monitor NPD results on a weekly / monthly basis.

POS materials management:

  • Track and manage POS materials plan;
  • Ensure the correct implementation of budget Investments.
  • Local budget management:
  • Coordination of external suppliers;
  • Develop supporting materials in local production in line with HQ guidelines;
  • Be responsible of the local budget.

Profilo

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative and passionate about product, with strong relationship skills.

Is required 2 years minimum of marketing / trade marketing experience and proficiency in English (the knowledge of French will be considered a plus).
