Posizione

The International Retail & Training Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent performance and brand positioning in our stores worldwide.

He/she is in charge of designing and implementing a training strategy that sets the highest standards of customer service worldwide, ensuring that all business objectives are met and looking for new development opportunities.

Retail culture and training Sell-Out

  • Develop and plan training for Sell-Out staff in line with Marketing, Sales and HR strategy
  • Train and develop local teams to deliver new store openings and maintain store presentation
  • Develop and maintain the Digital training platform
  • Manage and track budget for training department, by optimizing costs and planning
  • Deliver training programs in classroom, sales conventions and allocate team resources appropriately
  • Implement individual training path for ADP Sell-Out staff (Sales Assistants, Barbers, Counter Managers, Boutique Managers)
  • Ensure implementation of coaching programs
  • In multi-brand environment, liaise with commercial team to offer both an adapted expertise program as well as on-going novelty training, on field, in classroom, through e-learning
  • Ensure the highest standards of Customer interaction and product presentation (e.g. mystery shopping)
  • Diffuse a culture of performance (define, set-up and monitor main KPIs) and monitor ROI of training actions
  • Conduct regular touch base meetings with Store Managers

Retail operation and performance

  • Identify improvements in current store operations to maximize the stores' performance
  • Leverage best practices worldwide to drive sales and KPI performance
  • Drive business development and expansion strategies (from opening to daily management)
  • Actively monitor store led CRM initiatives
  • Analyze sales results and propose corrective action plans
  • Monitor Sell-Out team performance to increase productivity
  • Leverage knowledge of competitor training and Retail /consumer trends

Profilo

  • University Degree
  • 7+ years' experience in designing, implementing and delivering international training in Retail environment within the Luxury industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent relational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High level of competence in presentation
  • Very strong computer skills (e.g. PowerPoint)
  • Advanced in English and Italian, French is considered a plus
  • Fragrance experience would be a plus
  • Customer service oriented and focused on sales
  • Real team leader
  • Willing to travel (70% of time)
