  1. To define, in accordance with the Brand General Manager, the commercial distribution strategy for Fragrance Brands (Givenchy Parfums and Kenzo Parfums) in Italy in order to achieve the turnover and the qualitative objectives
  2. To implement the distribution strategy throughout the Field Force management and the relationship with the Trade
  3. To plan the sales objectives and targets for each geographical area, for each cluster of clients and deploy the plan in the organization ensuring that the structure will be set to achieve the overall target
  4. To monitor the evolution of the sales per Area, Distributions clusters, Clients, Products
  5. To understand the Marketing plan and take the actions defined within the Marketing responsibilities and apply them in the organization
  6. To hire, motivate and manage the whole Sales Department's staff
  7. To monitor the market place in terms of trends, changes, competition and bring information in the structure that could be relevant for the commercial strategy
