Posizione

The Showroom Interiors Coordinator provides internal support to Business Units Interiors by assuming responsibility for administrative tasks from showroom organization to customer service.  Works closely with the Sales staffs and HQ Back Office teams to maximize service levels to the customers of Loro Piana Interiors in Milan.

Maintenance

  • Is responsible for the Showroom coordination, maintenance (which includes organizing swatches, color cards, hangers etc. and for the daily maintenance of the display and the tools), agenda and all kind of activities performed in the space both by the Interiors Team or teams from any other company functions
  • Is responsible for the suppliers reception, logistics (inbound and outbound) and inventories of the merchandise stored in the Showroom
  • Manage, transfer and check that all the instructions are timely and precisely passed to other showroom around the world, he may travel sometimes to make sure that the visual and maintenance guidelines are respected and applied
  • Support the creative team in the development of the collection, organization of event (Deco off and Design week in Paris, Salone del Mobile in Milan, lounges around the world) coordinating with the team in Quarona and the logistic hub to make sure that all material is ready and available were needed
  • Support the sales team in the Showroom Partner set up and maintenance around the world, 3rd parties Showroom that are ambassador of the brand and should be designed, kept and followed as if they were Loro Piana's directly operated
  • Check invoices, authorize payments, monitor budget
  • Utilizes the ERP system for availabilities and order status

 

Sales and Customer Service

  • Is responsible (alone or in coordination with a regional sales manager) for the customers reception, presentation of the collections and participation to the sales
  • Develops and maintains the relationship with designers
  • Participates to events and fairs providing support to their organization
  • Liases with the Luxury Goods Stores in order to handle all requests coming from retail customers related to the Interiors product
  • Assists in public relations and marketing activities as needed

Profilo

  • Bachelor degree related to high-end design industry
  • Almost 5 years of experience in Interiors Showroom/ Luxury environment
  • Knowledge of Textile and Interiors business
  • Excellent communication skills and customer relations skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and provide strong attention to details
  • Knowledge and basic understanding of operations, inventory and all activities in relation to sales
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point); ERP knowledge is a plus
  • Italian and English fluent; French is a plus
