Mission: maximize the contribution of the category in terms of sell-out, margin and investment.
Define the category's strategy; define the mix ‘s leverages : assortment, merchandising, promotion , communication and price.
- Implement the strategy for the category in alignment with the Global Vision
- Define and manage the mix of assortment
- Proposes introduction of new brands to Category Manager Coordinator
- Adjusts assortment & merchandising plans to local specificities in cooperation with Operations
- Develop and implement of the plan according with Sales and Supply chain dept
- Plan and coordinate the store activities with trade marketing and marketing
- Implement brands's marketing plan
- Negotiate with the suppliers and create the relationship with the suppliers to maximize the support in store selling operations
- Share with Europe category manager dept. about projects / opportunities
- Analyse the data and define the actions to improve sales in retail
Degree in economics or similar, a previous experience of 3/5 years, excellent knowledge of English, French is a plus, Office system.
Able to work in a fast-paced and international work environment, flexibility, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about the product, market knowledge is a plus.
