Your role :

As a true ambassador of the Sephora brand, you are responsible for running the business in your store.

A Team leader, you manage a sales team that is committed to creating exceptional moments for your clients in order to build brand loyalty.

You are responsible for developing the skills of each of your employees. You recruit, train, animate and instil a passion for sales in your team. You define, monitor and evaluate the goals of your Managers.

As a sales leader, you make every effort to develop the sales of Sephora products and services. You optimize the performance of your point of sale by monitoring and analyzing sales figures / indicators / HR and define appropriate plans for corrective and innovative action.

You are responsible for ensuring Sephora's standards in terms of visual identity, merchandising, offers, services and inventory management are delivered.
