The Business Development Specialist supports the Strategy & Business Development Function in guaranteeing the development and execution of strategic projects and ventures defined by the Top Management. He/she is responsible for data and presentation collection in order to develop strategic plans, other than defining and implementing of ad-hoc projects/tasks. Responsibilities:  Supports the Top Management in collecting, processing and presenting data in order to develop the annual and three-year strategic plan  Collaborates on project, budget and team planning, including performing analysis and evaluations on the possible realization options  Manages and supports the project implementation phases, ensuring compliance with the budget and timeline defined in accordance with the Top Management  Defines, implements and monitors all the specific tasks related to the project  Supports the team in all the project phases and manages critical issues that could arise during the execution of the project, representing a reference point amongst the team and suggesting possible problem solving actions to the Top Management  Performs other tasks directly requested by the Top Management (i.e. retail and sales analysis, forecast, etc.)  Provides continuative standards, ad hoc reports and/or analysis related to the project status to the Top Management  Defines and develops a project closing report containing an overall evaluation of the project and team involved, an appraisal of the final results and an implementation plan for future conservative/improving actions  Guarantees a solid Project Management and PMO approach  Provides support in coordinating specific international projects Competenze e abilità richieste:  Degree in Economics / Business Administration or Engineering; MBA is a plus  Work experience in Management Consulting or Strategy& Corporate Development / CEO Office  Experience in Luxury Industry is a plus  Analytical skills, job scheduling and monitoring of deadlines  Be Precise and Proactive  Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)  Fluent English; the knowledge of another language (French, Spanish or German) is a plus Work location: Quarona, Piemonte, Italy
