The position is based in Rome. Reporting to the Sales & Supply Planning Manager, the Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for the coordination of reorders of permanent and carry over items, guaranteeing the feasibility of the commercial needs and the sustainability of the production plan, and for the supply planning management of the newness items.
> Coordinate the reorders process, being the key interlocutor among merchandising and production planning departments;
> Generate reorders proposal for permanent best seller based on sales forecast and stock targets;
> Ensure the sustainability of the reorder plan, working closely with production to respect capacity planning targets, highlighting commercial needs priority to optimize stock availability in the markets;
> Generate production planning proposal for Newness items to guarantee the retail launch plan strategy, negotiating the plan with Production and Launch Planning team;
> Monitor production deliveries in the CWh, promptly communicating variation in the plan to the stakeholders involved;
> Evaluate and monitor production KPI for Reorders and Newness (LT, OTD, ...);
> Key stakeholders: Production Planning, Product & Merchandising, Distribution, Launch Planning Departments.
> Master degree in Industrial Engineering;
> At least 3 year experience in a similar role within Supply or Production Planning Department;
> Experience in Luxury/Fashion Industry will be preferred;
> Supply Chain domain knowledge;
> Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills;
> Fluent in English - French is a plus.
