Job Summary

This role will be responsible to lead the global Trade Marketing "Design & Delivery" strategies. The job is an end to end role starting from the early design phase of programs where the Player will collaborate with Local Trade Mktg and Sales Teams to identify commercial needs. This Player must bring the outside in, transforming the Customers' strategy and insights into executional actions that our Sales Teams can commercialize at best, so we get stronger support.  The role implies a remarkable knowledge of our top 10 global Customers, top 10 global airports, top 20 global Flagships and K e-Retailers (image and business) doors.

The Player will then guide and support other Corporate Teams to develop "tools" to bring valuable propositions to Markets, that have to transform these programs into strong plans in order to grow share globally. This role will have to work with multiple functions from Corporate ones (PBU, ATL, Digital, PR, Training, Finance) to local Marketing and Commercial Teams (Affiliates, Global Distributors, Travel Retail).


Job Description

- Contribute, together with PBU and International Sales, to develop a winning and profitable model for our Perfume category, in line with the portfolio vision

- Work closely with Local Marketing and Sales Account Executives to ensure:

    • Customers' Annual Business plans are consistent with the business priorities and category action plans to deliver the objectives
    • Build-up of "Co-marketing plans" in the key Customers

- Translate the Customers' strategy (off - online where applicable) and insights into executional actions that our Sales Teams can commercialize at best to achieve sales objective

- Share the plan with all relevant Department and develop together the right and complete programs and related toolbox

- Ensure the deployment at local level, leading the process from Design to Market exploitation stage

- Ensure promotional off / online plans are within the corporate guidelines

- Ensure the system/ tools and availability of info to follow up results, analyze and place corrective actions, if needed

- Search and re-apply proven success models

  • Have a clear picture of the competitive information



Skills and Requirements

- Business University degree plus from 5 to 8 years of experience in a Markets' Coordination/Trade Marketing Department. A job experience w/in a Corporate Function is a plus

-Strong knowledge of Beauty Retailer dynamics, K Customers, Global K Accounts (both DOM and TR), E-Tailers

-Very good analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

-Effective organizational skills (planning, project and time management expertise, cost efficiency oriented) with a multi-tasking approach

--Strong communication and presentation skills to interface successfully with people at different level of the organization and a good attitude in team working

-Dynamic, innovative and proactive, goal oriented with a great leadership

-Fluent in English, French knowledge will be a plus

-Excellent computer skills (Office suite - Power point and Excel, SAP )
