The position provides the management and optimization of the Trade Marketing Plans of the entire network and the coordination of the Beauty and Hostess activities within the stores.
Definition of Trade Marketing Plans in coordination with the purchasing department
-Definition of pop materials and control of their compliance with European guidelines + delivery timing in store.
-Coordination of communication / sharing of sell out objectives by instrument and by brand, analysis and follow-up of results.
-Sharing of the Trade plan and its periodic updates with the Supply Chain and with the purchasing department in compliance with the required timings.
-Billing process management.
Definition and management of promotional mechanics and traffic operations in the brand region
Management and coordination of "theatralizations" and / or special events brands and co-marketing within the stores.
Beauty advisor and visagist activities:
-Coordination of brand's advisor
-Negotiation and coordination of the brand animations calendar.
-Analysis of the results of the main activities in order to share them with the Brand and Sales department.
-Support for all communication and marketing activities within the PDVs
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the role of Trade Marketing, preferably in companies in the beauty and / or retail sector.
Degree in Economics or Marketing
Excellent knowledge of the English language
