Posizione

Training Development:

  • Develop and plan training for Sell-Out staff in line with Marketing, Sales and HR strategy
  • Contribute to business development in cooperation with Sales and Marketing teams (for instance, design training incentive programs with retailers)
  • Develop and maintain the Digital training platform
  • Leverage knowledge of competitor training and Retail /consumer trends

Training Execution:

  • Deliver training programs in classroom, sales conventions and allocate team resources appropriately
  • Manage and track budget for training department, by optimizing costs and planning
  • Implement individual training path for ADP Sell-Out staff (Sales Assistants, Barbers, Counter Managers, Boutique Managers)
  • In multi-brand environment, liaise with commercial team to offer both an adapted expertise program as well as on-going novelty training, on field, in classroom, through e-learning
  • Ensure implementation of coaching programs
  • Guarantee that the Acqua di Parma ceremony is perfectly implemented and maintained in all points of sales (e.g. mystery shopping)

Training Follow up:

  • Measure and monitor Sell-Out team performance worldwide following training actions
  • Track field training actions (and E-learning if relevant)
  • Be proactive in proposing actions to improve service

Profilo

  • 7+ years' experience in designing, implementing and delivering international training in Retail environment within the Luxury industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of competence in presentation
  • Advanced in English and Italian, French is considered a plus
  • Very strong computer skills (e.g. PowerPoint)
  • Fragrance experience would be a plus
  • Customer service oriented and focused on sales
  • Real team leader
  • Willing to travel (60% of time)
