WW TREASURY & RISK MANAGEMENT

Mission:

The Corporate Treasurer & Risk Manager will be responsible of cash management, payment and fraud management and financial risk management, optimizing the capital structure, the cash pooling, the funding and the liquidity across the subsidiaries in accordance with the strategies of the group.

The selected candidate will also manage the commodities risk exposure and integrate payment systems including the e-commerce ones, the cash forecast reporting and cash flow management.

Main Accountabilities:

• Provide innovative and efficient financial solutions to the business in relation to changing environment and top management strategies
• Minimize financial cost and maintain lean financial structures
• Cash flow forecast and reporting minimizing gross / net debt/cash ratios
• Manage and innovate Payment systems & actively manage sales conversions
• Currency and Commodities exposure and forecast management
• Commodities derivatives hedging
• Facilitate the optimization of cash management systems
• Successfully support the needs and objectives of subsidiaries
• Guarantee the implementation and administration of payment systems
• Provide and update the guidelines and rules for safe and optimal financial management in accordance with the group policies
• Manage the assignment of banking powers
• Implement, manage and support acquiring systems also on e-commerce
• Support the definition of group's financial risk strategies reducing the probability of negative effects due to unfavorable financial market conditions
• Ensure the generation of sophisticated reports and data summaries on the financial status and risks

• University Degree
• At least 8/10 years in similar roles
• Excel, Power Point and Power BI
• Fluent in Italian and English, a third language is considered as a plus (ideally French)
