Position Overview

The Digital Content Manager will spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy, prioritizing SEO and UX optimization. They will be tasked with analyzing performance metrics and trends to refine content strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to drive impactful content initiatives.

 

Key Accountabilities

Content Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Tiffany & Co.'s brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audience.

SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and reach of Tiffany & Co.'s online content, driving organic traffic and engagement.

UX Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize the user experience (UX) of Tiffany & Co.'s digital platforms, ensuring intuitive navigation, seamless product discovery, and engaging content presentation.

Performance: Monitor performance of digital and social content using analytics tools. Track key metrics and identify data insights and trends to refine content, SEO & UX strategies. 

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or e-commerce, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
  • Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience in user experience (UX) optimization and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Experience using SFCC

  • DTC Brand experience 
  • Luxury experience

 

The hiring range for this position ranges from $107,100 - $151,200. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
