Mission & Responsibilities
As part of the Boutique Montenapoleone Team, the key responsibilities are:
- The Barber corner in the Boutique (Ensure that combs, scissors, razors, and other instruments are cleaned and sanitized after each use)
- To cut, dress, groom, style and shave client’s beard and practice Acqua di Parma massage and treatments
- To manage the relationship with the clients, having as objective to sell products and present the Brand image in the proper way, giving effective information regarding Brand/products/events,
- To build customer loyalty through CRM actions: contact/information retrieval, activities follow up, support in the organization of events, new ideas suggestion, in partnership with the Boutique team
- Collaborate with the boutique team to efficiently achieve goals and KPIs monthly/annual

Requirements
- Strong experience in similar roles in the luxury industry
- Barber school Degree or similar is a must
- Strong communication and relational skills
- Exceptional customer-oriented skills into a luxury attitude
- Fluent English, additional languages are a plus
