Beauty Consultant- Harrods London

MISSION

As a Beauty Consultant for Acqua Di Parma, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. Through your passion for the brand you will demonstrate an attitude that befits Acqua Di Parma at all times.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES:

  • To pro-actively sell Acqua Di Parma products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers
  • To be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager
  • To pro-actively link sell across product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT)

KPI: To achieve sales targets

SERVICE

  • To be knowledgeable on all Acqua Di Parma products and be able to propose personalised products to clients and confidently and appropriately overcome any objections
  • Demonstrate products on clients and confidently explain the benefits of each products
  • To initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping
  • To identify, understand and reformulate the client needs
  • To develop personal relationships with clients and to gain loyalty
  • To educate clients on Acqua Di Parma products and the brand

KPI: To achieve target for Mystery Shopping

GENERAL

  • To participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelines
  • To monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Counter Manager and ensure that there is sufficient levels
  • To conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks
  • To be an Acqua Di Parma brand ambassador and representative at all times
  • To adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook
  • To build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures
  • To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team

Reports to: Business / Account Manager

Internal: Counter team, Area Managers, Retail Managers, RMA’s

External: Acqua Di Parma clients, Department store colleagues, Department store managers, Department store HR Departments

  • Get Store approved in all London department stores
  • Be agile and flexible as your role is between all stores.
  • Driven and results orientated; seeking out ways to continually grow the business through events and counter activity.
  • Self-confident; you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale through excellent communication skills, be able to identify key items that would suit the customers’ needs.
