OVERALL MISSION:
We are currently looking for a Retail Performance & Training for the Benelux and Nordics region based in Brussels Head Office, reporting to the Retail Performance Coordinator and Training Manager Coordinator. The intern will be supporting both departments and consequently the performance of our 11 stores / 7 countries.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support to the Retail Performance and Training Team of Benelux & Nordics in 7 countries:
RETAIL PERFORMANCE:
- Collaborate with the retail performance Coordinator to analyse store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Contribute to data-driven insights to enhance store performance.
- Participation and animation of projects impacting Retail (strategy for evaluating the in-store experience; tools for monitoring the performance of stores and teams; services offered to our clients; raising service standards; etc.)
- Daily/ weekly/ monthly update reports.
TRAINING:
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for retail staff (bookings, Purchase Orders...)
- Assist in creating training materials, and resources for use in training sessions, both in-store and virtually.
Profilo
- Strong command of English, knowledge of at least one regional language is an advantage.
- Proficiency in IT skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Possesses a solid understanding of the retail industry.
- Extensive analytical and advanced organizational skills; ownership.
- Ability to work with deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks without losing the eye for details.
- Proactivity, flexibility and initiative are essential.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Start Date: Internship starting in June 2024 for 6 to 12 months.
- Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux & Nordics Head Office (Brussels, Belgium)
- Mandatory: Internship convention provided by universities.
