Posizione
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible to drive customer performances taking in charge the following activities:
- Process the customer orders in the system under the procedures of the company and customer requests
- Manage the emails received, whether internal or external
- Work internally with other departments in order to resolve any customer questions / complaints
- Working very closely with other departments to make sure that customers receive their orders with the highest level of service
- Customer Master data Management
- Returns
- Orders tracking
- Credit Note management
- Import/Export Customs Operations
- Working with the 3PL warehouse and logistics partners
- Credit Management
Profilo
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in foreign languages
- Minimum 1-3 years International customer service experience
- Language skills: fluent in English, other languages are considered a plus
- Must possess a strong customer orientation
- Must be extremely detail oriented
- Must possess strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, in particular Excel, PPT
- Knowledge of SAP and previous experiences in the logistics area are considered a plus
