Man Leathergoods Developer/ Replacement Maternity
based in Scandicci (FI)
In charge of the development of Man accessories collections (LLG, SLG, belts, caps, gloves)
Main responsibilities:
Collection development :
- Daily interactions with the studio in Paris HQ and collection merchandising for the collection launches
- Launch the prototypes/samples together with the studio
- Process and follow up on PLM launches file for every prototypes to send to suppliers
- Daily visits to suppliers to follow the progress of the samples/prototypes
- Coordinate Raw Material team for launches needs
- Process and follow the sample order file
- Make researches of components, metals, special techniques
- Order and follow prints together with RM team
- Order and follow up together with RM team deliveries of materials for the sample order
- Valuate and choose the supplier for development of a new model. Be aware of the supplier load for development
- Process and control technical sheets (BOM) for production after industrialization
- Manage and organize Technical review meetings
- Coordinate activities of industrialization to finalize the collection
- Follow and relaunch samples/placements/prints together with industrialization team after the Technical Review meeting
- Analyze sales file together with production team

- Monitor development budget for the whole collection of accessories
Profilo
Requirements:
- University master degree;
- Data analytic skills, Advanced level of Excel;
- PLM knowledge;
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
- Team oriented, with organizational skills;
- 2-5 years experience in the role in Leather Goods;
- Excellent English knowledge (written and spoken), French is a plus
