Posizione
Reporting to the Marketing Manager of Acqua di Parma Italy, the Trade Marketing Specialist will have the following responsibilities:
- Define, develop and execute, in collaboration with the marketing & commercial team, the trade marketing Plan & events in line with Brand strategies and guidelines
- Organize with clients in-store animations and events and planning visibility by client
- Planning and manage hostess sell out with dedicated bdg
- Planning, forecasting and manage point of sales material related to trade marketing activity
- Secure the optimal Trade Marketing in-store execution
- Analyze results from the activities carried out, ensuring adequate ROI on Trade Marketing investments
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to optimize local budget (Events and Pos material)
- Support in preparation of local sales events
- Competitor Analysis: monthly analysis of in-store activities and pricing & media campaigns
- Support the Marketing Manager and the Merchandising teams in managing pop materials, special out of the box activities, sap orders
- Collaborate with external agencies and scouting new ones
- Daily interaction with adjacent departments
Profilo
- Education: Master's degree in marketing, communication
- 2-3 years of work experience, in beauty or luxury business
- Tenacious and results driven, with sound business judgment
- Highly energized and motivated, high level of commitment
- Ability to prioritize, work effectively under pressure to seasonal and customer deadlines
- Innovation attitude, commitment to teamwork, learning and development
- Proficiency in English
- Good computer skills, SAP and Office
